Ommez.com is a digital education platform providing online tutoring, courses, and educational services. As we offer digital services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Payment is successfully completed but access to the course or class is not provided

• A technical issue prevents the service from starting

• Duplicate or incorrect payment is charged

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Course or class access has already been used

• Missed classes or non-attendance by the student

• Change of mind or personal reasons

• Cancellation requested after the service has started

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests may be submitted before the service begins

• Once the service has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds

Subscription Services (If applicable)

• Recurring subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing cycle

• Cancellation will stop future charges; previous payments remain non-refundable
