1. Eligibility
By using Ommez.com, you confirm that:

You will provide accurate and complete information during registration
If you are using Ommez on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access courses or live tutoring sessions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ommez reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Services Provided
Ommez provides:
Live online classes
One-on-one or group tutoring sessions
Recorded educational content
Learning materials and resources
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices, subscription plans, and billing cycles are clearly displayed before purchase
You authorize Ommez to charge applicable fees to your selected payment method
Ommez does not store credit or debit card details.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the following conditions:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
One-time payments may be refundable only if explicitly stated at the time of purchase
Refund requests must be submitted via email within the specified time frame
Final refund decisions rest with Ommez management.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Share login credentials with others
Record, copy, or redistribute classes without permission
Upload or share harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Engage in behavior that disrupts tutors or other students
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Ommez.com, including but not limited to:
Videos
Course materials
Logos and branding
is the intellectual property of Ommez or its content providers and is protected by applicable laws.
8. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors on Ommez agree to:
Provide accurate and professional educational services
Maintain respectful communication with students
Follow Ommez platform rules and guidelines
Ommez is not responsible for individual tutor opinions or teaching styles.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ommez and Fillsbase Store LLC shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or business interruptions
Technical issues beyond reasonable control
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
Remove content or accounts that pose legal or security risks
Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ommez.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Ommez.com – Instructor Policy & Code of Conduct
(Applicable to all instructors without exception)

1. No Direct Contact Outside the Platform
Instructors are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details with students, including:
- Phone number
- Social media accounts
Any attempt to move communication outside Ommez.com is not allowed.
2. No Off-Platform Payments
All course fees and monthly payments must be processed only through Ommez.com
Receiving cash, bank transfer, or direct payment from students is strictly forbidden
Any off-platform transaction is considered a serious violation.
3. Student Poaching Is Strictly Prohibited
Instructors must not:
Ask students to continue classes privately
Encourage students to leave the platform
Offer cheaper or alternative deals outside Ommez.com
This is considered platform theft and unethical conduct.
4. Classes Must Be Conducted on the Platform
Live classes
Video lessons
Messaging / communication
Must be conducted within Ommez.com’s system
Use of Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, or other external tools without written admin approval is not allowed.
5. Fee Structure & Pricing Control
Course fees and monthly pricing must follow the admin-approved structure
Instructors are not allowed to:
Change fees independently
Offer private discounts
Negotiate payments outside the system
6. Commission Policy
Ommez.com will automatically deduct its commission from each paid enrollment
Commission rates are final and non-negotiable
Instructors waive the right to dispute platform commissions
7. Special Rules for Quran & Islamic Courses
Instructors teaching Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer, or Islamic studies must:
Maintain high standards of discipline, ethics, and punctuality
Show respect to students and parents at all times
Follow Islamic teaching etiquette and professionalism
Any misconduct may result in immediate suspension.
8. Violation & Enforcement Actions
If an instructor violates any policy, Ommez.com reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Written warning
- Temporary commission freeze
- Course unpublishing
- Permanent account suspension or termination
Ommez.com’s decision will be final and binding.
9. Data Ownership & Legal Responsibility
All student data is the property of Ommez.com
Instructors may not copy, misuse, or transfer student data
Any action harming the platform’s reputation or business is subject to legal action
By using Ommez.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
